1. Extremely low water absorption rate (balanced water absorption 0.7% - 1.2%)
This is far superior to PA6, PA66, and PA1012. It maintains stable dimensions in humid and steam environments, and will not absorb water and expand, or fog up due to light transmission.

Resistant to coffee acid, fruit organic acids, detergent, alcohol disinfectant; it does not undergo stress cracking or yellowing due to water hydrolysis like PC; it does not contain bisphenol A.

It does not crack at -40℃, and has strong impact resistance during drop tests; it is less prone to cracking after repeated cold and hot cycles, and is superior to PMMA and PCTG.

Density ≈ 1.02 g/cm³, lower than PC and PCTG, suitable for high-end small household appliance exterior parts.
6. Smooth inner walls, low adsorption
It is not likely to adsorb coffee oil, milk stains, or odors, and is suitable for fluid pipelines.
1. The upper limit of long-term continuous usage temperature is not high.
HDT (1.82MPa) ≈ 70 - 85℃; short-term can withstand 95 - 100℃ hot water, but is not suitable for continuous > 95℃ high-temperature working conditions.
2. The price is high, significantly higher than PC, PCTG, TRITAN.
3. Strong polar solvents (concentrated alcohol, strong alkali) will slowly erode over time.
4. Must be strictly dried; excessive moisture in the plastic will cause silver threads, haze increase, and transparency decrease.
II. Application Scenarios for Small Household Appliances
1. Beverage Small Household Appliances (The Largest Application Field)
Fully automatic coffee machines, capsule coffee machines
Transparent water flow viewing window, transparent internal pipelines, extraction chamber, milk froth pipeline, small transparent water tank section
Function: Directly observe water flow and scale; resistant to coffee organic acids and steam, not prone to cracking and yellowing due to long-term humid heat.
Blender, juicer, puree machine
Internal transparent flow directing components, valve seats, small transparent connectors (not recommended for large-capacity mixing cups)
Limitations: Blender has high-speed friction and high temperature, for long-term > 90℃ working conditions, PCTG/TRITAN should be preferred.
Tea brewing machine, carbonated water machine, hot and cold drinking machine
Transparent waterway connectors, visualized water pipes, small transparent water distribution seats.
2. Personal Care Small Household Appliances
Electric toothbrushes / tooth cleaning devices: Transparent water supply pipeline, transparent pump body shell, visible water tank section;
Advantage: Resistant to mouthwash (alcohol + fragrance), ordinary PC is prone to stress cracking due to long-term contact with mouthwash.
Visible small window on air fryer (not the direct heating zone of the furnace chamber)
Internal transparent flow guide in electric water heater (only for cold water / warm water circuits)
Prohibited: Directly close to the heating plate or continuous contact with boiling water area.
4. General Structure and Exterior Components
Transparent decorative cover plates, indicator light windows, and transparent hinges for high-end small appliances;
Replace TR90 with a material that is more resilient and resistant to cleaning agent spraying.
