Performance characteristicsPA1010 resin has a low water absorption rate in nylon, good dimensional stability, oil and alkali resistance, and is non-toxic. It has ultra-high toughness, strong adhesion, high strength, low molding shrinkage, and good molding processing. It is mainly used as a modified substrate.
Application fieldMainly used for the production of automotive brake pipes, fuel pipes, corrugated pipes, automotive quick couplings, automotive ABS system sensor housings, and air conditioning hoses. It is also suitable for surface coating of wires, cables, optical cables, metals, or ropes.
It can be used for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding or powder coating according to customer requirements, and can replace PA11 widely used in industrial fields such as aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, textile, instrumentation, electrical, medical equipment, etc.
